finally, a cooler summer day! we spent the day at the park, and out in our yard doing yard work. i hope this nicer weather sticks around until at least next weekend, when we go camping!

a big storm
we watched a big storm roll in today, at my brother and sister in laws' house. it was the best kind of storm - dramatic, just scary looking enough to be exciting, and it did nothing more than give all the grass and trees a good soaking.
